For Hero Covers, I handle the full post-production and growth pipeline for their automotive YouTube content, not just the editing. This includes high-retention intros with motion graphics and sound design, cinematic car edits, titles, thumbnails, publishing, analytics, and collaboration strategy. The first-ever Hero Covers video edited and managed under this system reached 135,000 views. After a period of low-performing uploads, the most recent video edited by me, posted one week ago, reached 17,000 views, while other videos remained in the hundreds. Current performance metrics show a ~6% CTR, ~40% retention, and clear upward momentum when the full system is applied.
