1. Services

I provide video editing and related creative services. By working with me or using my website, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• 50% upfront payment is required before work begins

• 50% remaining balance is due upon final delivery

Work will not start until the upfront payment is received. Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is completed.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

3. Scope of Work

The scope of each project, including deliverables, formats, platforms, timelines, and expectations, is defined during onboarding or in written communication.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or revised timelines.

4. Revisions Policy

I offer unlimited revisions under the following conditions:

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the delivered video

• All revision requests should be submitted within that 7-day window

• After the 7-day period, only revisions related to previously requested changes that were not executed correctly will be accepted

What Counts as Revisions

Revisions include:

• Small editing adjustments

• Timing, pacing, or visual tweaks

• Corrections of mistakes on my side

• Changes that align with instructions clearly provided before the project started

What Counts as Structural Changes

Structural changes are not considered revisions and may require additional fees. These include:

• Changes in strategy, messaging, or direction

• Script rewrites or content restructuring

• New creative ideas not discussed initially

• Requests for additional versions, formats, or deliverables not agreed upon

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate instructions and assets on time

• Communicating expectations clearly before work begins

• Giving timely feedback and revisions

Delays or issues caused by the client may affect timelines and refund eligibility.

6. No Performance Guarantees

I do not guarantee specific results, including views, engagement, revenue, conversions, or growth.

Video performance depends on factors outside my control, such as audience behavior, platform algorithms, and marketing strategy.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the final delivered video for its intended purpose.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Project files remain my property

• I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and marketing

All videos, images, and visual materials displayed on my website may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission, even if parts of the website use templates.

8. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Refunds for canceled projects are handled according to the Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or website.

10. Third-Party Tools

I may use third-party tools or platforms as part of my workflow. I am not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
