At EditVisions, we aim to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. We put great care into our digital products and services.

1. Refund Eligibility for Services

I provide custom video editing and creative services. Refunds are evaluated based on project status and responsibility.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started

  • A technical or execution issue occurred on my side and cannot be reasonably fixed through revisions

  • The delivered work is significantly different from what was agreed upon in writing

Refunds will not be issued if issues arise due to client-side causes, including but not limited to:

  • Assets, footage, scripts, or instructions being delivered late

  • Lack of clarity or changes in direction after the project has started

  • Failure to communicate requirements before work begins

  • Requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope

If delays or problems are caused by the client, the project remains payable and non-refundable.

2. Project Progress & Refunds

Refunds are handled based on the stage of the project:

  • Before work begins: 100% refund

  • After work has started: Partial refund may be issued based on completed work or time invested

  • After final delivery or approval: No refunds

Once final deliverables are sent or approved, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.

Any non-refundable processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from approved refunds.

3. Revisions Before Refunds

Revisions are part of my process and are intended to resolve concerns before refund requests are considered.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction that can reasonably be addressed through revisions.

I will review your request and respond within 5 business days, unless I am on vacation or temporarily unavailable, in which case I will respond as soon as possible.
