The interview editing
Intentionally restrained to preserve authenticity.
Clean cuts to remove pauses and distractions. Camera angle switching for visual interest. Screen recordings where relevant. Natural conversational rhythm throughout.
The philosophy

He (Damian) really goes in and puts those finishing touches that I think most editors can really get away with not adding.
